My  expertise focuses on all macro and micro levels of real estate research and data trends to advise clients on valuation of development sites, best-use, ideal unit mix based on current and future demographic and economic studies, and market trends. 

I have been involved in the earliest stages of pre-development projects of over 30 projects and have been involved in over $15 billion dollars worth of individual, real estate transactions in new developments and conversions, resales and single family homes. 

I have a background consulting on pricing, floor plan critique, and finish and amenity recommendations to maximize both sales velocity and sellout volume for each project or home. Customizing market reports for each and every client, I help developers acquire financing for many projects from the very early stages, and stays with the project throughout to make sure pricing is both feasible and profitable for the client. I assist brokers and sellers gain the best ROI on their homes.

Through comprehensive market analysis on market trends, pricing strategies, valuation studies, and absorption schedules, Laura helps clients optimize assets in the real estate industry and provides transparency about market trends to national and trade media as well as the public at large. The data and reports she leads have been published in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Real Deal, Crain’s New York Business, and many others. Additionally, I have spoken at countless events regarding the macro and micro real estate markets and economic trends.

I was previously the Senior Economist at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), monitoring all New York City economic trends, real estate policy, real estate development patterns and both studies the economic behavioral patterns of New Yorkers in regards to purchase and sales activity, retail activity, leasing activity and more.

I have degrees in Economics and Communications from Northeastern University. She serves as the Real Estate Lead on the Governance Committee for the Board of Trustees for Brooklyn RISE Charter Schools.
